Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
6 eggs beaten
1 8 ounce carton of sour cream with chives
1/2 pound cubed ham
2 tablespoons chopped green chiles
1/2 pound processed cheese (Velveeta)
1 stick melted butter
Beat eggs and add all the other ingredients. Mix and pour into an 8 by 8 glass baking dish. Bake for 50 minutes.
This recipe can easily be doubled.
